About the Role

• Coordinate design team actions and approvals. • Lead value‑engineering initiatives. • Review cash‑flow projections and monitor budget/schedule adherence. • Manage owner‑directed vendors and consultants. • Set operational objectives, work plans, and program policies. • Oversee construction and design administration procedures. • Provide technical direction to project managers and ensure client‑standard compliance. • Apply financial analysis and identify actions affecting project finances. • Review pre‑construction documents and contract terms. • Analyze schedule variances, change orders, and propose corrective actions. • Conduct construction and design schedule analysis. • Support projects from inception to completion, including design reviews, quality assurance, RFI management, and cost control.

What You Bring

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing design teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, and client interfaces while ensuring compliance with company and client standards. We are an equal‑opportunity employer; U.S. citizenship is required for this position and sponsorship is not available. The role is based on‑site in El Paso, Texas. • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years relevant experience (or equivalent); pass background check; U.S. citizenship required. • Preferred: degree in construction/engineering, federal project experience, owner‑representative background. • Certifications such as CCM or DBIA (or ability to obtain within 1 year). • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, SharePoint, MS Project or similar PMIS preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects and coordinate diverse stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and consensus‑building skills. • Proven cost and schedule management expertise. • Excellent relationship‑building, organizational, and time‑management abilities. • Ability to champion ideas, work under pressure, and maintain passion and drive.
