About the Role
In this senior leadership role you will set a compelling vision, guide a large and diverse senior leadership cohort and foster a high‑performance culture of accountability and collaboration. What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field and has proven leadership experience in Defence & Security or a closely aligned sector. You must be able to turn strategy into practical action, possess deep knowledge of the defence market, demonstrate strong commercial and financial oversight, and excel at coaching large, diverse teams. • Set vision, communicate expectations and motivate performance. • Hold tertiary qualifications in engineering or related field. • Proven leadership experience in Defence & Security sector. • Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into measurable results. • Deep understanding of Defence market trends, challenges and opportunities. • Strong commercial, financial and operational management skills. • Experience coaching large, diverse teams.
