The role supports the development and implementation of workplace strategies that enhance employee experience, optimize space utilization, and align with organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including real estate, HR, IT, and business units to deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Possess 2–6 years of experience in workplace strategy, consulting, corporate real estate, or a related discipline. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and written/verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data‑visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Familiarity with hybrid work, activity‑based working, and employee experience is a plus. • Experience with space‑planning tools such as AutoCAD or Revit. • Knowledge of change‑management principles. • Understanding of sustainability and wellness considerations in workplace design.

Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $93,500 to $110,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package that typically includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending and health‑savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. Compensation is influenced by factors such as location, experience, and applicable collective‑bargaining agreements, and the company adheres to minimum‑wage requirements.
