About the Role

The Production Worker is responsible for operating multiple pieces of equipment inside and outside the building as well as performing a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of pressure treated lumber. • Work in compliance with all company rules and regulations. • Follow all company Health & Safety policies and SOPs. • Participate in all mandated training in good faith. • Operate equipment safely and efficiently. • Ensure manufactured products meet required quality standards. • Strap, tag, end‑tag, bag, inspect and downsize composite as required. • Label parts and products clearly and accurately. • Collaborate with a team to achieve production targets. • Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas. • Abide by OHSA workplace health and safety standards. • Report all health and safety issues immediately. • Participate in a retirement (RRSP) program with generous company match.

This position will train on the day shift but will shift to afternoons once training is complete.
