About the Role
The role sits within capital delivery, working with project teams in a collaborative environment and interacting positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee the simultaneous delivery of multiple water and water‑recycling projects within the AMP8 programme, ensuring adherence to project governance, risk, cost, and change control procedures. The position is based on‑site in Peterborough. The position provides comprehensive administrative support to senior and wider project teams, facilitating meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communications. It also contributes to the preparation of presentations and events while supporting the organisation’s net‑zero carbon transition objectives. • Book meeting rooms for all meetings. • Create agendas, take minutes, chase actions, and distribute minutes. • Coordinate and update monthly progress ratings. • Support monthly reporting. • Contribute to internal and external presentations, such as monthly team meetings. • Update project email circulation lists. • Arrange internal and external events. • Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders. • Perform generic clerical duties for senior and wider team. • Assist the net zero carbon transition by identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions.
