About the Role

As a Permitting Compliance Manager, you will work on this premier infrastructure project within Parsons’ Critical Infrastructure team, overseeing permitting compliance, tracking commitments, and guiding multidisciplinary experts through design and construction phases. • Oversee implementation, monitoring, and assessment of mitigation measures from USACE, NYSDEC, and NJDEP permits. • Implement and maintain the Permitting Commitment Tracking Program. • Compile data and regularly report on permitting implementation and compliance. • Ensure compliance with permit conditions during design and construction phases. • Collaborate with GDC CTO Office and Special Executing Partners to identify permitting impacts and manage permit modifications or new applications. • Lead development and coordination of permit applications and modifications. • Manage a multidisciplinary team conducting field work, studies, and technical analysis for impact assessments. • Serve as water and wetlands expert and engage with regulatory agencies.

What You Bring

• Experience with USACE permits and NJDEP/NYSDEC permits. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field; 10+ years of permitting experience preferred. • Experience permitting rail and transit projects in the NJ/NYC area; tunnel experience a plus.
