What You Bring
Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and be familiar with various construction and industrial tools. Preferred qualifications include prior equipment‑rental experience, excellent customer service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative capabilities, DOT qualification, and bilingual ability. • Use inside sales or customer service abilities for steady hours and potential overtime • Minimum requirement: High School diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license required • Familiarity with construction and industrial tools and equipment • Prior equipment rental industry experience preferred • Strong customer service and telephone communication skills • Proficient in computer and administrative tasks • Completion of DOT qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) advantageous in some locations
