About the Role
Responsibilities include assembling and disassembling fabric structures, operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and man-baskets, and ensuring all safety procedures are followed during installation, inspection, and removal. The installer coordinates layout with the Field Supervisor, follows CAD diagrams and contract specifications, and completes necessary paperwork while explaining proper equipment usage to customers. • Assist with preparation, delivery, and pickup of rental equipment. • Assemble and disassemble fabric structures, including tents. • Travel to job sites and unload/carry equipment, materials, and supplies. • Operate forklifts, man‑baskets, scissor lifts, and all‑terrain lifts safely. • Install, inspect, and maintain fabric structures, walls, doors, and frameworks. • Ensure safety protocols are followed during loading, installation, and removal. • Coordinate layout with Field Supervisor and follow CAD diagrams and specifications. • Complete required paperwork and explain equipment usage and safety features.

What You Bring
The Field Installer is an entry-level position reporting to a Field Supervisor, focused on the timely and safe installation of tents and related fabric structures. The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy equipment, travel to job sites, and perform manual loading and unloading tasks. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate strong communication and basic math skills. • Meet high school diploma or GED requirement; possess strong verbal and written communication. • Perform basic math calculations and be able to travel up to 80 % of the time. • Obtain certifications: Tenting 101, OSHA General Construction Site Safety, TWIC, OSHA Operators Training.
