About the Role

The Implementation Consultant – ACC Cost Management helps Autodesk customers translate innovative solutions into practice. Leveraging construction experience, industry knowledge, and software expertise, the consultant analyzes existing workflows, defines new processes, configures technology, trains users, and mentors project teams to achieve lasting implementation and business results. The role reports to the Adoption Services manager and collaborates closely with Autodesk product teams. • Lead end-to-end implementation and training for Autodesk Construction Cloud Cost Management. • Analyze customer cost control standards and advise on best practices. • Configure workflows, permissions, and data structures tailored to contract delivery methods. • Coach project teams on digital cost management throughout the construction lifecycle. • Deliver role‑based training for managers, cost engineers, accountants, and executives. • Partner with sales to create implementation proposals and identify expansion opportunities. • Stay current on Autodesk Construction Cloud capabilities, roadmaps, and industry advancements.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is passionate about construction technology, an excellent communicator, collaborative, analytical, and motivated to solve customer challenges while staying current on industry trends. • 5+ years AEC experience managing construction costs on multiple projects. • Understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices. • Ability to travel up to 50% for in‑person customer engagements. • Experience implementing or administering construction cost‑management software; familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus. • Background in construction project management with cost responsibility for commercial projects. • Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts and tell compelling stories. • Charismatic presenter comfortable with virtual and in‑person audiences. • Proven ability to design scalable processes that drive organizational growth. • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Analytical and problem‑solving orientation with curiosity to stay on top of industry trends.
