Lead and manage complex substation projects through all phases.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Direct and coordinate single‑ or multi‑discipline teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to close‑out. • Manage large multi‑discipline projects or technically complex medium‑sized projects with a large staff. • Oversee concurrent production of several projects. • Establish and maintain client relations; participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Conduct work sessions with staff and stakeholders to develop deliverables. • Coordinate staffing and workload across the project lifecycle to ensure on‑schedule delivery. • Track project finances and adjust team effort to meet budget and schedule parameters. • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews. • Implement QA/QC procedures. • Supervise large project teams and mentor less‑experienced Project Managers.

What You Bring
• Relevant license or certification (e.g., PMP). • Familiarity with Primavera P3 or SureTrak software. • Familiarity with Prolog software. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Minimum 10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years of project management. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating, scheduling, and project management software. • Strong ability to interact with design teams and excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
