About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative (B2B/Rental) role is part of a Market Sales Leader team that drives revenue by coaching sales representatives and strategic account managers, identifying upcoming job sites, and cultivating relationships with key decision makers. The position requires developing strategic market approaches and ensuring collaboration across the sales force to deliver solutions and quality service. • Coach OSRs and Strategic Account Managers to identify job sites and key customers. • Develop and execute strategic market approaches, collaborating with sales teams to provide solutions. • Meet or exceed individual sales goals while building territory and increasing market share. • Maintain safety standards, including physical demands such as lifting 25+ lbs and indoor/outdoor work.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least four years of proven sales experience and a valid driver’s license. They should possess strong knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, and be capable of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals while building territory market share. • Require bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years sales experience, valid driver’s license, and construction equipment knowledge.
