About the Role

• Serve as trusted advisor and lead client relationships, understanding priorities, funding realities, and community outcomes. • Deliver key water and transportation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and converting success into repeat work and expanded scope. • Shape and lead pursuit efforts, partnering with relationship managers and technical teams to craft credible proposals and negotiate contracts. • Oversee project performance with the Project Manager, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction while tracking KPIs such as backlog and margin. • Provide subject‑matter expertise in technology, policy, or regulation and maintain professional accreditations through continuous development. • Manage a portfolio of complex accounts or a small team of account managers to ensure profitable business growth. • Develop and execute relationship‑management and prospecting plans for strategic government and industry clients, generating new business opportunities. • Lead cross‑functional teams to design tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and ensure profitability and cash‑flow targets. • Monitor compliance with regulations, procurement rules, and internal policies, addressing any non‑compliance.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Environmental Science, 10+ years of municipal project delivery experience, professional engineer licence preferred, strong business development and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
