About the Role
• Maintains accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. • Provides regular updates to management on production status and challenges. • Identifies opportunities for process optimization and improved efficiency. • Monitors and enforces quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards. • Allocates resources, including labor, equipment, and materials to support the production plan. • Completes AAON’s Production Leader Program. • Motivates and mentors team members to maximize productivity and quality. • Collaborates with management team to ensure production targets are met. • Investigates and addresses production and quality related issues as they arise. • Leads a team of workers, including assigning tasks and providing guidance. • Conducts safety training and audits and provides recommendations for safety improvements. • Coordinates with inventory control teams to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. • Implements changes and oversees process improvements to enhance productivity. • Generates regular reports on performance, including productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics. • Ensures all safety protocols and regulations are followed.

What You Bring
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time during shift. • Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and production management software and systems. • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English language. • Good organizational and time management skills • This position is designated as a safety-sensitive job and therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. • Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to varying and extreme temperatures, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects and heavy forklift traffic. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to regularly lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. • Required to wear proper personal protective equipment. • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety regulations • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
