About the Role

The Accounts Payable Specialist at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) processes and analyzes payable transactions, supports vendor set‑ups, maintains vendor relationships, and assists with P‑card needs across the organization. • Collect, sort, review, and code payable invoices in accounting software and route for approvals • Perform two- and three-way matching for purchase orders and non‑PO transactions • Respond to vendor or employee inquiries and research/resolve discrepancies • Process bi‑weekly check runs • Input new vendors and gather required documentation for vendor setup • Work with operations, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate charges and timely payments • Collect, coordinate, code, and support monthly P‑Card billings • Assist Transactional Accounting Manager with vendor statement reconciliation • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

What You Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of relevant Accounts Payable experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) • Experience with JD Edwards (preferred) • Experience with Expensify (preferred) • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with team members • Strong problem‑evaluation and solving skills • Strong team‑building abilities • Strong organizational and time‑management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office
