About the Role

• Support pursuit teams in creating persuasive proposal and interview materials. • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status updates. • File proposal and presentation materials after submission. • Manage client relationship and financial systems to generate reporting metrics and dashboards. • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems. • Coordinate professional photography for projects. • Assist in developing annual and long‑term strategic plans, including growth initiatives and investment prioritization. • Implement key growth initiatives and client plans to capture market share. • Solicit formal client feedback and administer the go/no‑go decision process per HDR’s Matrix of Authority. • Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and showcase thought leadership. • Develop and publish engaging digital content and execute social media campaigns. • Create marketing collateral and fulfill conference sponsorship benefits as needed. • Produce internal communications content such as announcements, presentations, videos, and webinars. • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings, both in‑person and virtual, and maintain inventory of branded materials.

What You Bring
