About the Role
The Concierge handles providing assistance to the Owners, residents and their guests along with aiding in the protection of the buildings' assets. Each day is unique, requiring an ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative and employ a diverse set of skills. You will be hired because you bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues efficiently and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. The role includes maintaining a clean, professional appearance, using discretion with owners' proprietary information, and fostering positive working relationships to achieve team goals. Responsibilities also cover offering warm, personalized welcomes, keeping the desk and work area organized, monitoring and controlling electronic security systems and building access, and maintaining daily logs, records, and forms to ensure a safe and secure environment. • Keep personal appearance clean and professional. • Protect owners' proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality. • Build and sustain positive working relationships to support team goals. • Provide warm, sincere, personalized welcomes to all patrons. • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized desk and work area. • Monitor and control electronic security systems. • Manage building access controls. • Maintain daily logs, records, and forms. • Ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the property.

Benefits
This is a weekend‑only, part‑time position on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 am to 8 am, with pay up to $20 per hour depending on experience. Applicants must live within 30 minutes of the Boca Raton area.
