About the Role
The Stewarding Manager will help create the Gozzer Ranch experience, overseeing supplies, inventories, cleaning standards, safety and compliance, and leading a team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service. The role also includes supervising daily operations, managing expenses, and communicating with executives, peers and subordinates. • Order and manage supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms needed for staff. • Schedule events, programs, and staff work shifts. • Monitor and control inventories of food, equipment, china, glass, and silver; report shortages. • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficiency and standards compliance. • Investigate employee accidents and enforce loss‑prevention policies. • Enforce proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, and dishroom machinery. • Maintain food holding and transport equipment and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. • Lead, communicate, and influence staff while upholding honesty, integrity, and company values. • Supervise daily operations and cover employee duties to maintain productivity. • Set performance expectations, recognize achievements, and foster teamwork. • Manage departmental expenses to meet or exceed budget goals. • Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees; handle progressive discipline procedures. • Perform light physical tasks, lifting up to 25 lb frequently and 75 lb occasionally, and work in varied weather conditions.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high‑school diploma or GED, at least four years of experience in procurement, food‑and‑beverage, culinary or a related field, and basic computer skills. The position requires the ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and nights, to perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lb frequently, 75 lb occasionally), and to work in all weather conditions while interacting effectively with all personality types. • Possess a high‑school diploma or GED and at least four years of experience in procurement, food‑and‑beverage, culinary, or related fields. • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency and ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights.
