About the Role
As a Private Events Intern‑Coordinator at Gozzer Ranch, you will help create the Gozzer Ranch Experience and may be asked to perform additional tasks based on business needs. The role requires passion and behavior that embodies the company values: people are our priority, respect for people, places, and cultures, doing the right thing, and having fun. • Greet members and guests promptly upon arrival. • Provide prompt and professional service to members and guests. • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through Gozzer brand behavior and genuine hospitality. • Give personal attention and take responsibility for member and guest experience. • Include all Gozzer employees intentionally. • Build good working relationships with all Gozzer employees. • Maintain a courteous attitude toward all Gozzer employees. • Assist in facilitating private member events at various locations. • Help create the club’s pulse and vibe. • Curate daily experiences and activations for members. • Aid in planning, setting up, and executing events of various scales. • Support club service standards. • Assist other departments with activations and internal needs. • Adhere to club uniform standards.

What You Bring
• Prior event experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of proper beverage service, including products, supplies, and equipment. • Basic computer knowledge. • Ability to work effectively with all personality types. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions independently. • Availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights. • Ability to work in all weather conditions and temperatures, indoors and outdoors. • Ability to perform light physical tasks, lifting up to 25 lb frequently and up to 75 lb occasionally, independently or with help. • Capability to grasp, lift, reach, crouch, walk, sit, and carry as needed.
