About the Role
The Property Manager (CRE) is accountable for overseeing one or more client properties and ensuring all obligations outlined in the management agreement are fulfilled. This role combines operational oversight with strategic leadership to maximize property performance and client satisfaction. The manager handles lease administration, monitors rent collections, and coordinates default actions while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies, codes, and governmental directives. Responsibilities include leading property staff, conducting regular inspections, developing budgets, managing CAM reconciliations, and negotiating vendor contracts. • Administer leases and abstract lease data using specialized software. • Monitor rent collections and initiate default proceedings as needed. • Ensure adherence to property management policies, codes, regulations, and agency directives. • Lead and develop property staff through hiring, performance management, and training. • Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual property inspections per best practices and client requirements. • Create and manage operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations. • Negotiate, award, and supervise vendor contracts in line with corporate and client standards. • Coordinate with owners, accounting teams, and tenants to maintain contract compliance and timely reporting. • Oversee tenant‑initiated and building construction projects to guarantee on‑time, accurate completion. • Facilitate communication between leasing and property management teams to meet client objectives. • Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, external clients, and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring
Key competencies include strong communication, problem‑solving, leadership, teamwork, time management, client focus, and financial acumen. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred, and candidates must have at least three years of property management experience, a real estate license, and preferably a CPM, RPA, or CSM designation. The position operates in a professional office setting with standard equipment and requires regular travel between properties, often in varied weather conditions. Physical demands involve extended standing, walking, stair climbing, and remaining seated or standing for the majority of the workday. • Possess a real‑estate license and 3+ years of property management experience. • Hold or be pursuing a CPM, RPA, or CSM designation. • Demonstrate strong financial analysis, Microsoft Office proficiency, and leadership abilities. • Meet physical requirements including extended standing, walking, stair navigation, and occasional outdoor travel.

Benefits
Cushman & Wakefield offers a compensation range of $68,000‑$80,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
