About the Role
The Qualified Supervisor (QS) will ensure all electrical work complies with NIC EIC regulations and BS 7671, manage certification processes, and provide technical guidance and auditing to the electrical team. • Ensure electrical installations meet BS 7671 standards and approve Electrical Installation Certificates. • Assist teams with ENA applications, DNO approvals, and maintain accurate certification records. • Conduct site visits, visual inspections and audits (photo‑based and physical) to verify compliance. • Identify non‑compliance issues, support corrective actions, and track meter calibration records. • Enforce safe isolation procedures and proper use of isolation kits. • Provide first‑line technical support to electricians and office staff, and aid surveyors with max‑demand calculations. • Develop and update SOPs with the Aira Academy and evaluate new electrical equipment. • Support planning team with ENA applications, pre‑install visits, and isolator requirements. • Collaborate with team leaders to identify electrician development needs and use the QS dashboard to monitor regional compliance.

What You Bring
• Hold BS 7671 Electrical Wiring Regulations knowledge, Level 3 Electrical Craft and Test & Inspection certifications. • Experience in electrical compliance or supervisory roles with strong NIC EIC knowledge. • Ability to mentor and coach electricians on compliance and best practices.
