About the Role
As an In House Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting booking‑eligible onsite guests to attend the HGV presentation or selling a vacation package to the HGV resort. You will respond to guests in a timely manner and represent HGV’s cultural values while demonstrating customer service based on those values. Each team member is encouraged to carry out all reasonable requests from management that they are capable of performing. • Promote onsite guest bookings for HGV presentations and sell vacation packages. • Provide timely guest responses while upholding HGV cultural and customer service values. • Fulfill reasonable management requests within your capabilities.
