About the Role
Join a team where your expertise will directly shape safer, smarter, and more sustainable electrical power systems for customers across Canada. You will execute electrical power system network analysis, perform engineering design of projects, and provide solution‑based proposals under the guidance of a senior engineer. • Conduct power system engineering analysis for industrial and commercial networks, including protection coordination, short‑circuit, arc‑flash, power flow, power quality, site audits, and distribution design. • Prepare written reports summarizing analysis results, recommendations, and mitigation strategies. • Design electrical distribution upgrades that support customer sustainability goals such as microgrids and enhance safety and reliability. • Collaborate with the Solutions Sales team and customers to qualify needs and propose energy solutions. • Visit customer sites to assess requirements and identify improvement opportunities. • Produce engineering cost estimates and bid proposals. • Apply relevant codes and standards to develop safe, reliable, and cost‑effective electrical systems. • Provide technical support and perform quality control on assigned projects. • Manage project timelines and maintain long‑term customer relationships. • Travel to various customer locations across Canada as needed.

What You Bring
• Degree in Electrical Engineering. • Experience with power engineering studies or commercial/industrial electrical design (preferred). • Proficiency in power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, PTW, EasyPower, CYME), preferably ETAP. • Bilingual ability in English and French (preferred). • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, sales representatives, and internal technical teams.

Benefits
The position offers a competitive total compensation ranging from $64,000 to $96,000 for British Columbia residents, combined with incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, pension matching, well‑being programs, and generous vacation time.
