About the Role
The Porter will enhance and maintain the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property. Responsibilities include painting, cleaning apartments and common areas, checking and replacing exterior lighting, removing litter, debris, pet droppings, abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes, detailing the property, assisting with physical tasks, make‑ready duties, cleaning storage areas, distributing resident communications, and performing work‑area clean‑up and safety‑related duties. • Paint exterior surfaces as needed. • Clean apartments, common areas, and storage spaces. • Inspect and replace exterior lighting. • Remove litter, debris, pet waste, and abandoned items from grounds. • Detail property and perform make‑ready tasks. • Distribute resident communications and ensure work‑area safety.

Benefits
Compensation is $23.50‑$24.50 per hour, based on experience, with monthly bonuses and company profit sharing.
