About the Role

• Coordinate site and building access with vendors and subcontractors for ongoing construction. • Collaborate with the site Project Manager to communicate with Ameresco customers and subcontractors, provide status updates, and resolve delays. • Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality, adherence to design documents, on‑time and on‑budget delivery. • Evaluate technologies and equipment and recommend optimal solutions for each application. • Prepare and deliver required support, reports, and documentation for management, sales, engineering, and operations. • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Project Teams to create and maintain project presentations and related materials. • Manage project records, including daily logs, schedule updates, and customer interfaces. • Review and control project expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure proper purchase orders and contracts. • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors throughout project phases. • Attend weekly construction meetings on‑site. • Analyze proposals, develop spreadsheets, and assist in review meetings.

What You Bring

Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, facility management, or energy management. Preferred experience includes exposure to large‑scale construction, upgrades, renovations, or retrofits for institutional, government, commercial, or industrial sites, as well as strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities. • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, facility management, or energy management. • Exposure to large‑scale construction projects involving upgrades, renovations, or retrofits for institutional, government, commercial, or industrial sites (preferred). • Ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data. • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Project. • Strong verbal, written, technical communication, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and business relationships. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
