About the Role
• Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business goals. • Ensure compliance with Indian corporate, labour, and statutory regulations. • Monitor legislative changes and advise the management board on necessary actions. • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements. • Maintain a centralized contract repository and manage timely renewals. • Oversee all litigation, arbitration, civil, criminal, and labour cases. • Coordinate with external counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings. • Advise senior management on corporate governance and Companies Act compliance. • Identify legal risks in RFPs and recommend mitigation strategies. • Conduct internal legal audits and enforce robust risk controls. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations and other departments to provide legal support. • Build relationships with regulators, external advisors, and industry bodies. • Support legal and compliance aspects of the CBRE and Turner & Townsend integration.

What You Bring
To support its continued expansion in South Asia, the company is hiring a seasoned Legal Head/Advisor to lead the legal function in India. The role will provide expert counsel, mitigate legal risks and align legal strategies with business objectives while ensuring full compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations. The position sits within the Business Support department and reports to the Management Board. Preferred candidates have prior experience in a global consultancy or with multinational corporations and will work closely with internal teams, regulators and external advisors. • Hold an LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) from a recognized university. • Possess 10–15 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in a corporate legal department. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Indian corporate, commercial, labour and regulatory law. • Show proven experience handling litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters. • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities.
