About the Role
The role offers a broad scope, requiring coordination of Integrated Logistics Support activities across several IPTs, managing engagement with key LBTS sites, and overseeing supply coordination for government‑furnished equipment and material. It also involves supporting the development and implementation of sustainment strategies for upgraded capabilities. • Act as the primary ILS Coordination point with FIC stakeholders. • Coordinate ILS activities between CSI‑IPT and MIWS/DDGSPO to define and monitor CSI scope. • Manage engagement with LBTS sites, including MCSIC and LBTF. • Oversee GFE/GFM supply coordination across CSI‑IPT, NCB, MIWS, and DDGSPO. • Support development and implementation of sustainment strategies for upgraded capabilities.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a strong understanding of complex systems integration and support systems, as well as experience in ILS coordination within maritime defence engineering projects. They need the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective communication across diverse teams. Knowledge of GFE/GFM processes and logistics within defence environments is essential, alongside a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to delivering project outcomes in a high‑stakes setting. Due to the nature of the work, you are required to hold and maintain at least a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance, with the possibility of additional compliance requirements such as ITAR. • Strong understanding of complex systems integration and support systems. • Experience in ILS coordination and stakeholder engagement within maritime defence engineering projects. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective communication across diverse teams. • Knowledge of GFE/GFM processes and logistics within defence environments.
