About the Role

The assistant will work directly with lead installers, helping to set up and complete furnace, air‑handler, condenser, and ductwork installations. Duties include moving equipment and tools to job sites, preparing work areas, adhering to safety and installation procedures, and supporting basic electrical, refrigerant, and duct connections under supervision. Maintaining tools, company vehicles, and providing courteous service to homeowners are also essential. • Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and related components • Load, unload, and transport equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites • Help prepare job sites and ensure a clean, safe work environment • Follow installation instructions and safety procedures at all times • Support basic electrical, refrigerant line, and duct connections under supervision • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles • Provide courteous, professional interaction with homeowners
