About the Role
As a key part of our team you will travel to customer sites across the South Wales region to ensure water systems are safe and compliant. Your day will involve inspecting and cleaning water storage vessels, leading tank chlorinations, installing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves, and performing routine monitoring in line with HSG 274 Part 2, including flushing outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels and sampling closed water systems. You will use the SimPRO system to manage your workload, identify problems and proactively implement solutions, drawing on detailed knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG 274 to maintain a professional, compliant reputation. • Travel to customer sites to ensure water system safety and compliance. • Inspect and clean water storage vessels; lead tank chlorinations. • Install and service thermostatic mixing valves. • Perform routine monitoring per HSG 274 Part 2 (flush outlets, monitor temperatures, descale showerheads, flush pressure vessels, sample closed systems). • Use SimPRO to manage workload and document tasks.

What You Bring
The role requires a full, clean UK driving licence, City & Guilds Legionella Awareness training (or equivalent industry experience). Successful candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS check and BPSS clearance. • Identify problems and implement proactive solutions using knowledge of HSE ACoP L8 and HSG 274. • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence. • Possess City & Guilds Legionella Awareness training or equivalent industry experience.
