About the Role
• Own and drive medium/long-term strategic priorities for the Insights business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Identify challenges, assess tradeoffs, and adjust strategy to keep initiatives on track. • Serve as a strategic thought partner on the future direction of insights, research, and consulting capabilities. • Lead new product development initiatives across research, consulting, and insights offerings. • Define product concepts, value propositions, and delivery models in partnership with research, consulting, sales, and product teams. • Oversee the lifecycle of insights products from concept through launch and ongoing refinement. • Coordinate activities across internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives. • Act as a connective leader between Insights, sales, marketing, technology, and other business functions. • Establish clarity and accountability across complex, cross‑functional efforts. • Ensure decisions are grounded in client needs, market demand, and business impact. • Apply understanding of customer use cases to guide prioritization and investment decisions. • Provide strategic oversight of the development and deployment of expert panels supporting research and events. • Ensure expert engagement capabilities are scalable, high‑quality, and aligned with evolving insights products.

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking an Insights Operations Lead to provide strategic leadership and operational ownership for the Insights business, encompassing research and consulting offerings. This senior role is accountable for setting and executing medium- and long-term initiatives designed to strengthen, scale, and grow the business. The role will lead new product development efforts, own ongoing strategic priorities, and serve as a central coordinator across stakeholders within the Insights organization and the broader company. It requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a client‑centered approach to decision‑making. The position reports directly to the Vice President, Research. The role is remote and open to qualified candidates residing in the continental United States, with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones. Travel is expected up to 10% of the time. • 10+ years of strategic operations and project management experience. • Demonstrated ability to own and execute long‑term strategic priorities in complex, cross‑functional environments. • Proven experience managing stakeholders and navigating ambiguity while maintaining forward progress. • Strong client‑centered orientation with decisions informed by customer needs and market dynamics. • Understanding of building, managing, and deploying expert panels for research and event‑based insights. • Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives. • Strong time management skills to schedule and plan internal and client meetings and meet project deadlines. • Experience in market research, consulting, insights, or strategy roles. • Familiarity with construction, building products, or related B2B research industries. • Experience scaling research or insights products and operations within a data‑forward organization. • Ability to manage teams and grow professionals.

Compensation includes a market‑competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, where applicable, uncapped variable incentive plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
