About the Role

• Independently lead and coordinate the work of a multidisciplinary team throughout multiple phases of a project. • Lead owner/client and internal meetings and participate in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance. • Perform layout and detailing on architectural projects. • Apply technical design concepts, design management skills, digital technologies, and workflow for Data Centers and other technical facilities. • Manage design activities and produce detailed construction documents. • Review architectural documents for conflicts across all disciplines. • Conduct QA/QC and cross‑discipline technical reviews. • Write and edit architectural specifications. • Coordinate with affected disciplines on addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders. • Incorporate agreed‑upon changes into project documents. • Provide construction observation and contract administration as needed. • Conduct work sessions at project sites with client representatives, project managers, and other disciplines.

What You Bring

• Experience working on the design and documentation of Data Centers. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills with knowledge of BlueBeam. • LEED Accreditation with experience or interest in sustainable design. • Local candidates are preferred. • US citizenship required due to client contract requirements. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field. • Minimum of 10 years experience. • Registered Architect. • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and familiar with related tools and processes. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills. • Experience preparing and laying out architectural contract documents and specifications. • Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills.
