About the Role
The Field Sales Analyst (FSA) at Kimberly-Clark supports customer team objectives by analyzing business plans and delivering data-driven recommendations to influence results. This role collaborates closely with Business Development Managers and Senior Customer Business Partners to ensure timely delivery of operating plans and strategic initiatives. The analyst also communicates gaps, actions, and performance commentary to both customer teams and internal leaders. • Assist BDM/Sr. Customer Business Partners with annual operating plan development and timeline adherence • Support customer meetings, negotiations, retail activation plans, and contract creation • Coordinate with supply chain and cross‑functional teams to resolve service issues and capture opportunities • Analyze performance versus objectives and propose gap‑closure actions • Prepare data and insights for Business Plan Review processes
