About the Role

The Promoter Manager – Events and Retail reports to senior leadership and is responsible for hiring, training, and coaching marketing associates across multiple territories. This role builds and oversees a face‑to‑face lead acquisition program, ensuring promoters generate cost‑effective leads for the sales team while traveling extensively to support field operations. • Innovative – challenge norms and take intelligent risks to serve customers better. • Build the face‑to‑face (F2F) program from scratch, defining strategy, processes, staffing, reporting, and performance standards. • Recruit, train, and manage field representatives to ensure consistent, brand‑aligned execution. • Identify market challenges and develop solutions. • Secure high‑value retail and event partnerships (big‑box stores, local retailers, community events, home shows, specialty venues). • Develop and maintain positive relationships with business leadership, vendors, and customers. • Design scalable event and retail activation playbooks, including booth standards, messaging, staffing guidelines, and customer experience flows. • Lead, assist, and motivate employees to exceed sales goals. • Analyze performance data to optimize venues, shift investments, and refine the F2F strategy. • Submit all paperwork accurately and track activity communication to Retail Operations. • Manage event and retail budgets, forecasting, ROI analysis, and vendor negotiations. • Data‑driven decision‑making; teach managers and promoters KPI self‑diagnosis. • Tech‑savvy; implement and optimize field‑marketing tech, digital lead tools, geo‑fencing, and CRM attribution.

What You Bring

The position requires standing for extended periods, occasional lifting of up to 50 lb, and frequent travel to kiosks, showrooms, and external events. The work environment includes on‑site locations at vendors such as Costco, BJs, and local community events, with a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and 45–55 hours per week. • Minimum 5 years leadership experience in face‑to‑face lead acquisition with regional/national scope (home‑improvement, solar, telco preferred). • Proven success managing large distributed teams and delivering lead‑generation results. • Talent‑management expertise with a playbook for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high‑energy promoters at scale. • Strong operational mindset; build scalable processes that increase lead volume and efficiency. • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. • Willingness to travel to support field teams and campaigns. • Hands‑on field leader who coaches and demonstrates lead generation. • Financial literacy; P&L ownership and ROI modeling for new markets and events.

Benefits

Renuity offers a salary range of $75 k–$115 k plus performance incentives, exempt status under the FLSA, and a benefits package consistent with company policy.
