What You Bring
Education or experience that prepares you for success includes a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental‑industry experience or three to four years of rental‑industry experience, plus a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving‑record history. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, an understanding of P&L and other key financial controls, experience in outside sales, negotiation and influencing, and preferably experience in construction or industrial markets. High accountability, time management, and a willingness to learn all aspects of the business are essential. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. • Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience or 3‑4 years of Rental Industry experience • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Strong leadership and communication skills • Understanding of P&L and key financial controls • Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and influencing • Experience in construction or industrial markets (helpful) • High accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all business aspects

The base pay range is $65,000.00 – $97,317.00, with the starting rate varying by location, education, training, and experience.
