About the Role
The Manager provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to BI analysts and account team resources, establishing best practices, standards, and repeatable processes for BI development and delivery. They also deliver training and enablement on BI platforms, tools, and analytics capabilities to account teams. This role ensures the team operates efficiently and consistently. As a senior analytics partner, the Manager serves clients and account teams, managing key relationships and expectations while advising on analytics strategies. They prioritize requests, align them with platform capabilities, and determine appropriate responses for out‑of‑scope or misaligned asks. Clear verbal and written updates on progress, risks, and outcomes are communicated to management and stakeholders. The Manager leads BI platform initiatives to enhance insight delivery across all clients, collaborating with platform and solutions teams to ensure dashboard design, prototyping, and development meet business requirements. They partner with development teams to expand analytics offerings through proof‑of‑concept dashboards, tabular model measures, and product enhancements. Support is also provided for a governed, scalable BI ecosystem, including certified reporting and self‑service analytics. The role gathers continuous feedback to improve operational and sales dashboards and develops analytics roadmaps with clients and account teams, covering scope, schedule, and investment planning. It balances immediate reporting needs with long‑term platform strategy and scalability. Proactive analysis of client portfolios identifies risks, trends, and opportunities for deeper insight. The Manager leads data assessment and mapping exercises to support system integration and analytics initiatives, managing intake, backlogs, data dictionaries, report inventories, and development workflows for both client‑specific and platform‑level dashboards. They work with client technology teams to align technical requirements with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks. Continuous improvement of data automation, standardization, and quality is a key focus. The Manager utilizes advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows, and develop analytical solutions, overseeing Power BI model design, performance optimization, and metric standardization. Technical and process documentation is maintained across initiatives. What You Bring
The Business Intelligence Solutions (BI) team is responsible for data analytics and governance supporting both GOS service lines and clients, with a focus on continuously improving the GOS platform and Sales Analytics tools. The Manager oversees data mapping, assessments, governance support, dashboard proof‑of‑concepts, user acceptance testing, reporting, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend and benchmarking analysis, and general product support for the client BI platform. A forward‑thinking mindset that bridges BI and artificial intelligence is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates must have experience leading or managing analytics, BI, or data teams, strong client and stakeholder management skills, and hands‑on proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization platforms. Preferred qualifications include deep expertise in Power BI, SQL, ETL tools such as Alteryx, Python, and experience with modern data platforms like Databricks. Exposure to commercial real estate or portfolio‑level data is a plus. The role demands high critical thinking, sound judgment, strong analytical curiosity, and a problem‑solving mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, and strong relationship management across clients, account teams, and technology partners is essential. Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $103,955 – $122,300, with pay adjustments based on location, experience, and collective bargaining status, and the company will not pay less than minimum wage. Cushman & Wakefield offers a comprehensive benefits package that typically includes health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time off.
