About the Role

The Ten‑X Sales Engineer prepares assets for auction, advises clients on optimal presentation, ensures organized due‑diligence, and supports broker buyer engagement. By understanding customer needs and articulating the value of auction products, the role drives business growth and educates sellers, brokers, and buyers on successful auction strategies that differ from traditional sales. • Prepare complete, detailed listings to reduce buyer risk and maximize participation. • Identify and qualify key buyer prospects, capturing their investment profiles. • Develop strong customer relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty. • Suggest solutions and strategies to keep assets on schedule for auction. • Improve Net Promoter Score through timely communication and clear expectations. • Deliver compelling value propositions and implement Ten‑X products with decision‑makers. • Maintain expert knowledge of platform updates and product features. • Solution‑sell platform benefits, overcome objections, and educate on sales channels. • Collect buyer feedback and provide transparent insights to asset owners. • Review contract expectations and terms with interested parties. • Create engaging listing display pages that drive traffic and interest. • Conduct product demos and present performance reports to showcase auction value. • Support deal teams by reviewing due‑diligence and optimizing auction pricing. • Provide weekly performance updates and pricing guidance to owners and brokers. • Offer post‑auction support to ensure contract execution and earnest‑money deposit. • Share market feedback with product development and marketing teams. • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
