About the Role

In this role, the Executive Director oversees overall management and day‑to‑day operations of the community, leading all aspects of operations, revenue generation, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety, and creates a culture focused on residents, families, and associates. • Develop and execute business strategy to achieve operational and financial targets. • Manage state, federal, and company regulatory compliance. • Communicate effectively, lead by example, and ensure detailed resident care. • Foster positive engagement among residents, associates, and families with an open‑door culture. • Set quality‑assurance standards and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. • Oversee financial management of the community. • Perform HR functions including recruitment, development, and disciplinary actions. • Lead sales and marketing to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals. • Provide occasional weekend coverage as Manager on Duty.

What You Bring

The position requires regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of fine and gross motor skills, as well as occasional lifting or carrying of up to 50 lb, with proper body mechanics employed during resident support activities. • College degree and state administrator’s license/certification (CALA). • Prior leadership experience in health‑care (preferred). • Proven success managing operating expenses. • Sales or business development experience (preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication and team leadership skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.

Benefits
