About the Role

• Attend property daily; respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance on common areas, buildings, and units. • Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair turn events and make‑ready processes. • Maintain cleanliness of exterior grounds, breezeways, and common areas. • Conduct swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical log documentation. • Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Execute preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce repairs. • Keep maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with safety and OSHA standards. • Support hazard communication program and promote safe work practices. • Record service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventative maintenance, and make‑ready status accurately. • Provide excellent customer service; monitor request turnaround and ensure consistent resident interactions. • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor. • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies; report violations of community rules. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and additional tasks as assigned. • Perform physically demanding tasks: lift/move 100+ lb objects, use ladders, work in confined spaces, and handle outdoor conditions.

What You Bring

Benefits
