About the Role
Housekeepers are tasked with maintaining high standards of room cleanliness, inspecting rooms, reporting any damage or deficiencies, and handling guest requests and complaints with professionalism. They also ensure proper maintenance and inventory of housekeeping equipment and supplies. • Make beds, replenish linens and towels, restock bathroom supplies • Dust, clean rooms and hallways, vacuum • Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and guests • Inspect rooms for standards and report damages or deficiencies • Handle guest complaints and requests professionally • Maintain and inventory housekeeping equipment and supplies
