About the Role

The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, leading maintenance staff, and ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems operate safely and efficiently. This role combines hands‑on technical work with leadership, planning, and coordination responsibilities. • Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors • Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily work orders and preventive maintenance tasks • Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems • Troubleshoot complex equipment and system issues and implement long‑term solutions • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies • Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports using CMMS or manual systems • Coordinate with operations, management, and vendors to minimize downtime • Inspect completed work for quality, safety, and efficiency • Assist with inventory control, parts ordering, and maintenance budgeting • Support facility improvements, equipment installations, and capital projects

What You Bring

The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm, with on‑call duty for emergencies. Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the Palm Beach Gardens area.
