About the Role
This role reports to the Sr Director of Retail Marketing and will identify areas of improvement, implementing processes and best practices to drive consistent results. The Retail Marketing RD will partner with regional sales and marketing leadership to forecast tour flow, analyze performance, and increase tour quality and production for greater financial performance. A key responsibility is to build and retain a strong regional leadership team. The leader must attract and retain top talent and effectively train and motivate all retail marketing leaders. • Lead the Midwest North markets as Regional Director of Retail Marketing. • Identify improvement areas and implement best‑practice processes. • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing leaders to forecast tour flow, analyze performance, and enhance tour quality and production. • Build, retain, and develop a high‑performing regional leadership team. • Attract, retain, train, and motivate top retail marketing talent. • Provide HSA/FSA options, life and accident insurance, and disability coverage.
