About the Role

• Layout, assemble, and repair die tooling according to design specifications. • Develop detail drawings for progressive, Fourslide, and Bihler dies using precision measuring instruments. • Set up and operate mills, lathes, grinders, and drills to machine parts to required tolerances. • Clean equipment and maintain housekeeping in the work area. • Conduct quality inspections with micrometers, calipers, and other gauges. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Evaluate die strips and troubleshoot operational issues.

A willingness to obtain a Hilo license during the probationary period and a strong foundation in practical math concepts are also required. • High school diploma or equivalent with prior die‑repair experience. • Strong logical and scientific problem‑solving skills. • Ability to understand and apply mathematical and diagrammatic instructions. • Capability to work with both abstract and concrete variables. • Obtain a Hilo license within the probationary period. • Proficient in practical math (fractions, ratios, geometry, trigonometry, etc.). • Good reading and writing skills to follow quality directives.
