About the Role

The position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems at construction job sites while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and supporting overall project objectives. • Promote and follow company safety policies and complete required safety documentation. • Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. • Lift, carry, and handle building materials, tools, and supplies. • Support assembly of electrical components and equipment. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs. • Prepare and maintain work sites, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials and tools. • Keep work areas clean and organized. • Travel to different job sites on short notice as needed. • Apply common‑sense understanding to follow written or oral instructions. • Work with precise accuracy and follow set procedures.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with one to three months of related construction experience preferred, and prior electrical or construction labor experience is a plus. They must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals, apply common‑sense understanding to follow written or oral directions, and work with precise accuracy according to set procedures. The work environment includes regular exposure to outside weather conditions, frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, high or precarious locations, extreme heat, occasional fumes or airborne particles, vibration, and a generally loud noise level.
