About the Role

• Verify crew truck inventory at the loading dock. • Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, and electrical equipment. • Apply weather sealing to roofing structures. • Install racking, panels, and support structures per project plan. • Maintain a clean and orderly job site and perform post‑project cleanup. • Ensure personal, crew, and site safety at all times. • Lead crew through safe, efficient installations and provide technical support. • Participate in mandatory training on new products, methods, and safety. • Assist with solar battery installations and act as foreperson when needed. • Lift and transport materials up to 50 lb regularly (100 lb with assistance). • Perform roof work involving climbing, bending, squatting, and balancing. • Use hand tools with fine motor skills and wear appropriate PPE.

What You Bring
