About the Role

The Social Media, Marketing & Communications Specialist in Nashville will shape and amplify the company’s brand voice across digital platforms. The role focuses on social media management, content development, Google My Business optimization, and coordination with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and communications initiatives. • Create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Monitor social media trends, analytics, and platform updates to boost engagement. • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews; escalate issues when needed. • Manage and optimize Google My Business listings across multiple locations. • Support local SEO by keeping business information, photos, and posts up‑to‑date. • Assist in developing marketing materials, campaigns, and internal/external communications. • Coordinate content collection with internal teams and maintain digital asset libraries. • Maintain content calendars, track deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, and have at least two years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications. They must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social‑scheduling tools. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Required: Minimum 2 years of social media, marketing, or communications experience. • Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools. • Preferred: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google My Business. • Preferred: Knowledge of SEO, analytics platforms, and corporate communications. • Desired traits: proactive self‑starter, organized, detail‑oriented, strong written and verbal communication.
