The Technician Apprenticeship program trains entry‑level technicians over two years, covering electrical diagnosis, air conditioning and heating, wheel end assemblies, air systems, air brakes, hydraulics, and overall truck preventative maintenance. Apprentices receive dedicated mentorship and direct supervision from a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor or Manager, gaining hands‑on experience in routine preventive maintenance, tire work, wheel end components, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Applicants must commit to completing the two‑year program, demonstrate logical problem‑solving and a genuine interest in engineering, and be able to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, or holidays.
