About the Role
The Intelligence Analyst Product Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for U.S. Government intelligence analysis applications and workflows. This role involves developing curriculum, hands‑on labs, and scenario‑based exercises that reflect real‑world intelligence tradecraft, collection management, and analytic production practices. • Design, develop, and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced training for USG intelligence analysis applications. • Create curricula, lesson plans, job aids, lab guides, quick‑reference cards, and assessments aligned to task‑based learning objectives. • Build scenario‑based exercises using realistic datasets to reinforce collection‑to‑analysis‑to‑production workflows. • Lead onboarding, role‑based advanced training, and sustainment sessions for intelligence analysts. • Collaborate with product teams and mission stakeholders to translate updates and methodologies into measurable training outcomes.

What You Bring
Candidates must have extensive intelligence analysis experience, typically five or more years within DoD/IC domains such as all‑source, GEOINT, SIGINT, or counter‑terrorism, or a blend of three years analysis plus two years formal instructional delivery, along with a bachelor’s degree. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and the ability to travel up to ten percent of the time to secure facilities and support surge periods. Preferred qualifications include documented proficiency with common IC/DoD analysis tools, professional instructional‑design certification or train‑the‑trainer credentials, and a proven track record of establishing training programs during system deployments, capability rollouts, or mission transitions while measuring performance baselines and adoption metrics. • Maintain 5+ years of DoD/IC intelligence analysis experience (or 3+ years analysis plus 2+ years instructional delivery) and a bachelor’s degree. • Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and be available for up to 10% travel in secure environments. • Demonstrate proficiency with IC/DoD analysis tools such as link analysis platforms, geospatial exploitation tools, data integration/ETL, and workflow/case management systems. • Possess a professional instructional‑design certification or completed train‑the‑trainer program. • Experience establishing training programs during system deployments, including defining performance baselines and adoption metrics.
