About the Role
Mechanics are responsible for inspecting and repairing a variety of company equipment, performing road tests and operational checks, ordering parts and supplies, maintaining records and digital work orders, submitting expense reports, monitoring project priorities to meet deadlines, and keeping tools and workstations clean and organized, with additional duties as assigned. • Inspect and repair pickup trucks, line trucks, trailers, mini excavators, and generators. • Perform road tests and operational checks to verify repair quality. • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and digital work orders on iPad. • Submit expense reports digitally and on time. • Monitor project priorities to meet deadlines. • Keep tools, supplies, and workstations clean, safe, and organized.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, possesses a valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) and a DOT medical card, and has extensive heavy‑truck and equipment repair experience, including tune‑ups, brake jobs, basic wiring, and welding. Knowledge of safety guidelines, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and specific equipment such as Vermeer/Ditch Witch drills and aerial units is required, along with strong communication, hand‑eye coordination, and the ability to work independently.
