About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, delivering prompt and courteous waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards and all applicable state and federal regulations. Daily vehicle condition reports (VCRs) are completed to guarantee timely repair of any defects. Key responsibilities include performing thorough pre- and post‑operation inspections, following route sheets and maps to service each customer, operating manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of refuse, and interacting courteously with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers. The driver must identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers, monitor for unacceptable waste, clean accidental spills, maintain vehicle readiness by cleaning waste from the packer blade and truck body, and complete required productivity and reporting paperwork while adhering to safety policies and the ReSOP program.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement. The position’s pay range is $22.40 to $30.80 per hour, varying by locality, and includes eligibility for the company’s bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.
