About the Role
• Maintain site landscaping • Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation • Fertilize lawns, trees, flowers, shrubs, and spread mulch • Trim trees, hedges, and shrubs; prevent and eliminate weeds • Operate and maintain hand tools (loppers, saws, shovels) efficiently • Operate and maintain trucks and power tools • Apply insecticides, fertilizers, and chemical sprays to treat diseases • Keep grounds free from trash, litter, and debris; empty trash receptacles • Conduct basic irrigation audits and perform simple irrigation repairs • Remove snow using a shovel or snow blower • Process negative feedback professionally • Prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate • Manage time effectively: organize, plan, prioritize • Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times daily

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent and has at least one year of groundskeeping experience. They must be skilled in safely operating hand and power tools, physically agile, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, time‑management, and the ability to handle feedback are essential. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • 1+ years groundskeeping or related experience • Proficient in safe use of manual and power tools • Physically agile and dexterous • Work well both independently and in a team • Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Demonstrate attention to detail • Multi‑task and adapt to changing directions easily • Lift boxes and packages up to 60 pounds • Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move items
