About the Role
• Serve under a Project Manager on urban and rural highway/roadway engineering projects. • Supervise CAD designers and other EITs. • Produce detailed engineering designs for roadways and highways. • Conduct site feasibility analyses through final design and construction phases. • Perform project management tasks and client interactions as needed.

What You Bring
• Minimum three years of roadway engineering design experience (preferred). • Hold a Bachelor’s degree. • Possess a professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) for the position’s location. • Proficient with highway CAD tools (Bentley ConceptStation, OpenRoads Designer, Autodesk InfraWorks, Civil 3D). • Skilled in Microsoft Office. • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Experience with highway interchanges, intersection design, traffic management, transportation planning, site planning, concept alignments, and geometric layout.
